Board of Directors
Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin Lakes and Pines is governed by a dedicated board of directors. The board of directors is comprised of adult volunteers ultimately responsible for strategic planning and managing council policy.
Board members represent the geographical areas of the council and are elected by delegates at the council's Annual Meeting. Management of operations is delegated to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Leigh Ann Davis, who oversees program staff as well as seasonal camp staff.

KEY PRIORITIES
In 2011, Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin Lakes and Pines participated in a 9 month Strategic Learning process. There were about 30 volunteers, staff members, and board members that worked with GSUSA to develop the Key Priorities of our council to guide our work for a 3 year period of time. The Key Priorities can be found here.
