Each troop should deposit money collected from families weeky. All money should be deposited by March 13 for the council ACH on March 20.  Troops will owe 50% of their balance due on this date.  

If you know by March 13 that your troop account will not have sufficient funds for the council ACH, please contact your Product Sales and Finance Specialist with the amount that can be withdrawn.
