Each troop should deposit money collected from families weeky. All money should be deposited by February 13 for the council ACH on February 20.  Troops will owe 45% of their initial order on this date. 

Troops that do not place an initial order in January, but acquire cookies either through planned orders or cupboard pick-ups by February 10 will also have 45% of their balance due on February 20.

NOTE:  ALL TROOPS WILL HAVE MONEY DUE ON FEBRUARY 20.  

If you know by February 13 that your troop account will not have sufficient funds for the council ACH, please contact your Product Sales and Finance Specialist with the amount that can be withdrawn.
