Learn songs, games and foods of your assigned country, then go to the ‘disco' and share the dances you've learned with others. Learn ways to take care of our planet through environmental and science games and activities. Girls will build their own thermometer, test different designs of solar panels, become a human generator, learn about echo location, population dynamics, and energy consumption. Concordia Language Villages is the premiere language and cultural immersion program in the United States, and is pleased to partner with Girl Scouts to offer this unique program. Bring sleeping bag or bedding and outdoor clothing. Pillow and case is provided. Overnight accommodations in comfortable cabins, meals, and program supplies provided.
